Bi-Lingual (Spanish), Customer Focused Account Manager

Based out of our Kernersville, NC office, the person who steps into this role is responsible for collaborating with carrier partners and shippers alike overseeing the full life cycle of every shipment in your given book of business. In order to be successful in this role, individuals must be able to think quickly in a fast-paced and competitive team environment where your hard work will generate results. We are seeking someone who is sales-driven, ambitious in pursuit of new opportunities to grow business, and that has a high-level of customer service acumen. We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively across all means in both English and Spanish for this opportunity.

What does the position require?

• Lead generation to build a portfolio of clients through industry-leading technology

• Function as the liaison between clients, carriers, shippers, and receivers

• Develop long-term relationships with customers by providing first-in-class customer service

• Manage movement of the client's goods, ensuring that they are picked up, transported safely and delivered on time to the client's expectations

• Using industry-leading technology to provide market competitive pricing for customer shipments

• Collaborate with team members on pricing strategies and solution decisions

• Interested candidates must exercise flexibility with their work schedule; there will be the need to participate in an on-call/after hours rotation with your team and there may be special projects, customer needs, or responsibilities that extend into evening hours, weekends, or before the start of a given business day. This is particularly important with this person focusing on international business, and working with customers in different time zones.
